When Me and My husband needed to sell our condo and buy a new house, we had no idea where to start. So we started looking at houses on line just to see what was out there and we fell in love with the perfect house in our favorite neighborhood. We immediately scheduled for a showing and filled out the forms at the end of the listing and that's when We met Kay Willis. Even though our condo was not ready to put on the market, Kay put in an offer on the house and it was accepted almost immediately. Kay and her wonderful team of realtors and loan officers walked us through every step of the selling and buying process. We prepared our condo as we were instructed and Kay listed our Condo within days and within 2 weeks we had several offers and we sold our Condo. There wasn't a day that went by that we didn't call Kay or a member of her team. We were buying and selling a house so we had triple the questions and triple the work to do. It didn't matter what time of the day it was or how many questions, Kay is very knowledgeable about the Market and she was always there to guide us in the rite direction. Even when he had the inspection on the new house, Kay was there on our behalf asking the inspector questions along side with us and coming up with solutions to handle the unknowns. After we moved out of our condo and into our new house, Kay continued to guide us. She welcomed us home with a few gifts and She taught us how to care for our new property as she is a homeowner too. Working with Kay has made this process virtual stressless and we highly recommend potential buyers and sellers to connect with her. She's amazing at what she does! I would highly suggest hiring Kay Willis as a realtor. We were first-time home buyers in a highly competitive buyer's market. Kay walked us through the steps at the beginning, fed us many buying opportunities, and was very flexible in working around our schedule. Offers would be accepted the day after the first showing, so speed was important. We put in 3 offers, all of which were completed within a couple hours of being started, even on weekends. Because we were struggling with managing all of our showings, she even created a google calendar to help us track our schedule. She was also knowledgeable, knowing little details such as when to provide a 1 day vs 2 day deadline on an offer. She was very dedicated to our needs, and ultimately we ended up in a beautiful home. I can't recommend her enough.
